All rates and availabililty on this website have also been provided directly to Roomex Limited by the hotel and are updated directly by the hotels themselves on a regular basis.
The hotels are committed to honouring all bookings made through this website.
Details of your booking are passed to the hotel as soon as the booking has been completed.
Please note that deposits on bookings can not be refunded. However, you will not be charged the balance of your booking if your cancellation is made on time with the hotel. Usually this will be a period of at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival and is specified in the Terms and Conditions that you agree to have read as part of the booking process.
This cancellation should be made with the hotel DIRECTLY and NOT through this website. The contact details for the hotel that you booked will be in your email confirmation. You should also contact the hotel DIRECTLY if you wish to make a change to any of the details on your booking.
